Shipping & Return

Pure From NZ SHIPPING & INSURANCE POLICY:

Shipping charges and the cost of any insurance cover requested will be calculated during the checkout phase of the purchase. As you proceed through the checkout these costs will be shown. They are calculated based on the weight of your total order and where abouts the order is being air freighted to. Note that the freight and insurance costs will be shown before you approve the transaction and your credit card is charged.

Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse to you within 3 working days of receipt of your order. If stock is not readily available, we will send you an email notifying you of a slight delay. Overseas orders will be delivered via New Zealand Post – Air International and will take approximately 5 to 10 working days to arrive. Please note that during ANY Publics Holiday period there may be a slight delay with dispatch of orders.

It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided via the online payment system. Pure From NZ is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.

There are no export / import conditions or restrictions relating to any Mi Woollies products listed on this website. Individual countries have different rules regarding duty rates and exemption levels on imported goods. It is the importers responsibility to find out about the rules that relate to the country that they are importing to.

Pure From NZ is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!

We know that sometimes it is hard to always choose the perfect product whilst online and that is why we offer a generous exchange and refund process.


POLICY:

Pure From NZ Online Store is happy to honor customers with an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase for any Pure From NZ goods, exclude any Health product.

Any returns, exchange or refund will be processed by Pure From NZ only if the customer has purchased the product/s through our official Pure From NZ website www.purefromnz.co.nz

Any customer wishing for direct exchange or refund must complete the below steps.

All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Any customer wishing for a direct exchange or refund must send back the purchased Pure From NZ goods in their original and unworn condition in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Any products that are returned that do not comply with original condition standards will be sent back to you at your expense.


RETURNS PROCEDURE:

STEP 1:

Put a note in with the return as well as send an email toinfrom@purefromnz.co.nz  with the following information:

  • NAME:
  • CUSTOMER PO NUMBER:
  • STYLE, COLOUR AND SIZE OF ITEM BEING RETURNED:
  • EXCHANGE OR REFUND: (if exchange please specify style / colour / size that you require)
  • REASON FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

STEP 2:

Upon receiving the goods at Mi Woollies Head Office one of our friendly customer service team members will issue a direct exchange or refund.
